1 Personal Information
To create a MyBabyPool account we collect the following personal information:

This information is only used to provide access to and manage your account. We will never share this data with third parties for commercial purposes.
2 Usage Data
For optimal functioning of the service, we collect anonymized usage data such as:
- •Number of pools created
- •Number of invited participants
- •Features used within the app
This data is used exclusively for internal purposes to improve the performance and user experience of our services.
3 Participant Data
If friends or family participate in your baby pool, we process the data they provide, such as name, email address and predictions. This data is never shared with third parties.
4 Security
We take the security of our systems very seriously. Personal data is stored encrypted and measures have been taken to prevent unauthorized access.
5 Cookies
We use functional cookies that are necessary to make the site work — for example to keep you logged in, remember your language and save your guesses. These do not require your consent.
For analytics we use Google Analytics, which helps us understand how MyBabyPool is used. These cookies are only placed after you give permission via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
6 Third parties
To provide our service we rely on a few external parties that process data on our behalf:
- •Google Analytics — to measure how the website is used (only with your consent).
- •Stripe — to securely process payments when you purchase MyBabyPool Plus or a gift.
- •Microsoft Clarity — to see anonymized usage (such as clicks and scrolling) so we can improve the site (only with your consent).
- •Cloudflare Turnstile — to protect our forms against spam and abuse.
7 International transfers
Some of the parties above (such as Google, Stripe, Microsoft and Cloudflare) are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

This privacy policy may be updated in the future. We will notify you of any significant changes.
